It’s December, 2017, and crime rates all over the globe are plummeting to their lowest levels in history

December 20, 2017 – Wisconsin – Green Bay police tout drop in crime

Overall crime is projected to drop 8-percent compared to a year ago. Officers are pointing to a few crimes as indicators of a successful year. Police say there hasn’t been a single reported homicide in 2017. That would be the first year without a homicide since 1981. Police say that decrease means fewer victims in the city.

It’s December, 2017, and, crime rates all over the globe are plummeting to their lowest levels in history.

Since that statement directly refutes the unified, lockstep propaganda coming in various languages out of literally every Organ of the State on the planet, I’ve appended numerous recent news accounts below to support it.

One of them, from Green Bay Wisconsin, says “Police say there hasn’t been a single reported homicide in 2017. That would be the first year without a homicide since 1981.”

You’d think the reporter would be happy to bring that news forward, wouldn’t you? Then why do they say “Green Bay police tout drop in crime”, when we know that “tout” means “attempt to sell (something), typically by pestering people in an aggressive or bold manner”?

It’s an aggressive negative slant on one of the most stunningly-positive news headlines I’ve ever read.

To maintain current programming levels, narrow eyes and affirm “yeah, but that’s because bad news sells.

Placing plausible-deniability-based coincidence theorizing to the side for the moment, I’d note that the epochal positive changes we’ve been witnessing for the last three years are well documented to be increasing in speed and magnitude. So the long-game certainly doesn’t look good for anyone trying to hold wider awareness of the phenomenon under discussion back merely through devious language, ad hominem personal attacks and innuendo.

Propaganda has a lifespan, which is why The Most Important and Truthful Movie Ever Made, “An Inconvenient Truth”, is never shown on TV, or in schools.

The lack of flexibility of our adversaries will be their downfall. They’ve got one Method, and it’s THE Method.

Cons, confidence games, have a lifespan. And rising awareness is always what leads to their undoing.

Soon these wretches will be out of jobs and hiding in plain sight, acting all decent and normal. For a short time, anyway, perhaps, feverishly trying to rebuild their forever-collapsed Control pyramids with their Secret Handshake Club shenanigans.

I think that may be where we are now.

But, then again, who knows? They’re in the same environment we are. Perhaps many of them will be transformed before our very eyes, precisely like the rest of the criminals under discussion below. Perhaps they’ll “put away childish things” and turn to a better path, forever.

Please consider sending them highest Love energy as you read this.

September 6, 2017 – The Crime Wave That Wasn’t Happening, Still Isn’t Happening

Overall crime looks like it may drop 1.8 percent. Violent crime is projected to fall .6 percent. Individual city numbers vary, though.

December 10, 2017 – Dayton crime drops, but homicide rate too high for chief

Dayton’s overall violent crime rate this year declined the most in a decade, but homicides still remain high, the city’s police chief said.

“It’s very good news, generally speaking, in terms of increases in public safety,” Chief Richard Biehl said of the overall crime rate drop from 2016 to 2017. “It’s just that the homicide (number) is in opposition to that.”

Biehl’s office reports that the city had recorded 31 homicides with a few weeks left in 2017. That pace could give Dayton 33 at year’s end. Biehl said two of the 31 may be ruled justifiable and, therefore, not criminal.

The death toll was worse in 2016, when Dayton had 39 criminal homicides. That is not counting seven ruled justifiable, including the police-involved fatal shooting of Kisha Arrone.

Dayton had 27 criminal homicides in each of 2012, 2013 and 2014 and 30 in 2015.

(Did you notice how they gave you the numbers, but carefully hedged by not printing the percentages? So I had to do the math. Re: criminal homicides, they went from 27 to 30, an 11 percent increase, 2014 to 2015. Then they went from 30 to 39, a percent increase, from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2017, the numbers drop from 39 to either 33 or 31, a 15 to 20 percent decrease in the last year. Let’s go to the Illuminist-shill game films: ”

“It’s very good news, generally speaking, in terms of increases in public safety,” Chief Richard Biehl said of the overall crime rate drop from 2016 to 2017. “It’s just that the homicide (number) is in opposition to that.”

It’s not good news, it’s good news, with the hedging qualifier “generally speaking.” But, more importantly, how is a 15 to 20% drop in crime in 2017 “in opposition to” the “overall crime drop from 2016 to 2017”? It’s not in opposition to it, but, rather, it fully supports it. That’s the kind of bizarre, bold inversion you’ll get only from a practicing Satanist.

I found another article that told me “From 2000 to 2005, the number of homicide incidents (in Ohio – ed) increased 49 percent, with an average increase of 29 homicide incidents per year” and “There was a 23 percent increase in the number of homicide incidents in Ohio from 2000 to 2012.” So there we saw that homicides in Ohio are up generally and largely from the beginning of the cell phone era, all the way to 2016, when they started dropping significantly. The rise in homicides in Ohio was particularly sharp earlier in the cell phone era, 2000 to 2005, then up less sharply as the effect of Orgonite in the larger environment began to show itself. – ed)

December 14, 2017 – Australia – Victoria posts biggest crime rate drop in 10 years

Victorian crime statistics have posted their biggest annual drop in more than a decade, but robberies, sex offences and family violence continue to rise.

Victoria’s Crime Statistics Agency recorded a 4.9 per cent drop in the number of offences in the year to October, led by substantial falls in car thefts and burglaries.
The number of victims fell by 7 per cent during the year.

(The headline uses “biggest crime rate drop”, which is general, a hallmark of Propaganda. It’s used to hedge against the stronger “dropped 5%”, which would be specific. – ed)

December 18, 2017 – NYPD reports crime drop on Staten Island in 2017

The NYPD deserves a hearty round of applause. Crimes on Staten Island in the seven major offenses have decreased 11.6 percent, to 2,619 as of Dec. 10 from 2,962 in 2016. Over the past two decades, those crimes have declined over 65 percent from the 7,527 incidents in 1996 in our borough.

(Here the headline hedges with the terse, general “crime drop”, to shield against the much-stronger “crime drops 12% on Staten Island in 2017.”  And if crime dropped 65% in 20 years, that’s an average of 3.5% per year…so an 11% drop in just the most recent year shows that the positive change under discussion is increasing in speed and magnitude. – ed)
December 18, 2017 … Dayton has experienced double-digit drops in all major crime categories in 2017

Dayton has experienced double-digit drops in all major crime categories in 2017, with some of the largest reductions of the decade.

The following are the year-to-date declines in the four major crime categories:

•Part 1 Violent (murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault)–down 15 percent;
•Part 1 Property (arson, residential burglary, theft)–down 18 percent;
•Part 2 Violent (kidnapping, simple assault, menacing)–down 11 percent;
•Part 2 Property (forgery, vandalism, bribery)–down 28 percent.
The 2017 crime drop is the largest since 2011, when there were also double-digit (though smaller) declines in most crime categories.

(“double-digit” is general, a hallmark of Propaganda. It is used to hedge against the stronger, “violent crime down 15%”, which is specific. – ed)

(No, the decrease in homicides to ZERO does not mean fewer victims, it means no victims. “Fewer” is bizarre, tireless hedging, and it’s also general, a hallmark of propaganda. While “zero” is specific. – ed)
